At Tarfug, customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. We operate on a print-on-demand model, which means each item is made uniquely for you after purchase. As such, we do not accept general returns. However, we do offer refunds and replacements under certain conditions as outlined below.
A. Return Policy
1. No Returns (Made-to-Order Model)
Because each product is custom-made, we do not accept returns or maintain inventory.
2. Exceptions – When Returns Are Not Required
We will offer a full refund or free replacement without return in the following cases:

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect.

Wrong Item or Size Sent: If you received an incorrect product due to our error.
📸 To be eligible, please provide clear photo evidence of the issue within 30 days of delivery.

B. Order Changes & Cancellations
1. Changes or Corrections
You may update order details (e.g., size, design, shipping address) by contacting us within:

Once your order is submitted to production, changes are no longer possible.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel and request a full refund if you contact us within the same timeframes above.

C. Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are granted in these scenarios:

Damaged or Defective Items: 100% refund or replacement (photo proof required).

Wrong Item Received: 100% refund or replacement (photo proof required).

Lost or Undelivered Orders:

After 45 days from order date → eligible for 50% refund.

After 60 days → eligible for 100% refund or free replacement.

2. Refund Exclusions

D. Exchanges & Replacements

E. Customer Responsibility

We do not cover issues due to customer input errors.
