1. How are Tarfug products made?

We operate on a made-to-order print-on-demand model.
Each item is produced individually after the order is placed to ensure quality and customization.

2. Where are orders produced and shipped from?

Orders are produced and shipped directly from our partner facilities in:

  • Vietnam

  • China

  • Mexico

Your order will be shipped from the facility closest to your delivery address.

3. What is the processing time?

Processing (production) takes:
5–7 business days
Excludes weekends and U.S. holidays.

4. What is the shipping time?

Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • USA: 7–10 business days

  • International: 10–17 business days

Total Delivery Time:

  • USA: 12–17 business days

  • International: 15–24 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a tracking link.

6. Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, within the following timeframes:

  • 24 hours on weekdays

  • 48 hours on weekends

After production begins, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

7. What if I ordered the wrong size?

Because items are made-to-order, we cannot exchange or refund orders placed with the wrong size.
Please check the size chart carefully before purchasing.

8. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We will replace or refund your order at no cost if:

  • The item is damaged

  • The item is defective

  • The wrong item, size, or design was sent due to our error

Please provide photos within 30 days of delivery.

9. What if my package is lost or delayed?

  • After 45 days: eligible for 50% refund

  • After 60 days: eligible for 100% refund or free replacement

Please check tracking updates before submitting a claim.

10. Will I have to pay customs fees?

International customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees depending on local regulations.

11. Why do colors look slightly different from the photos?

Colors may vary slightly due to:

  • Screen display differences

  • Lighting

  • Printing methods

This is normal for print-on-demand products.

12. Is Tarfug affiliated with any brands or official organizations?

No.
Tarfug is not affiliated with or endorsed by any official brands, sports teams, or organizations.
All designs are created solely for personal expression.
