1. What is Tarfug?

Tarfug is a California-based print-on-demand store specializing in custom apparel and accessories. Every item is made just for you – fresh, high-quality prints with premium fabrics.

2. How long does it take to receive my order?

Production time: 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).
USA shipping: 7–10 business days (total 12–17 business days).
International shipping: 10–17 business days (total 15–24 business days).
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carriers, customs, or peak seasons.

3. What are the shipping rates?

USA: Free on orders over $100 | $6.95 flat rate otherwise.
International: $9.95 flat rate.
Additional fees may apply for remote areas, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

4. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, free standard shipping on all USA orders over $100. International orders have a flat rate of $9.95.

5. How can I track my order?

A tracking number is emailed automatically once your order ships. Track it on our site or the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, FedEx, YunExpress, etc.).

6. What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns for change of mind due to custom-made products. However, we offer free replacement or refund for damaged/defective items, wrong orders, or manufacturing errors. Report within 30 days with photos. See full Returns & Refund Policy.

7. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel within 24 hours on weekdays or 48 hours on weekends/holidays if production hasn’t started. Email support@tarfug.com with your Order ID. Once production begins, cancellation is not possible.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. All payments are secure.

9. Is my payment secure?

Yes, all transactions are encrypted with SSL and processed through trusted providers like Stripe or PayPal. We do not store full card details.
