D. Payment Authorization & Charges

Your card or PayPal account will be charged at the time of purchase.
This is required because each item is made-to-order and produced immediately after payment is confirmed.

Once the order enters production, we cannot modify or cancel the payment unless allowed under our cancellation policy.


E. Taxes & Fees

  • Sales tax may apply depending on your shipping address.

  • International customers are responsible for any import taxes, duties, or customs fees charged by their country.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before payment.

There are no hidden charges.


F. Payment Verification

In some cases, we may require:

  • Additional identity verification

  • Confirmation of order details

  • Review of suspicious or high-risk transactions

If verification is not completed, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.


G. Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment is declined:

  • Double-check card number, expiration date, CVV

  • Ensure billing address matches your bank records

  • Try an alternative payment method

  • Contact your bank for authorization

Orders are only processed after successful payment.


H. Refunds for Payments

Refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method only.

  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval

  • PayPal refunds may appear instantly

  • Bank card refunds may take additional time depending on your bank

I. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you intend to file a dispute with PayPal or your card issuer, we strongly encourage contacting us first at support@tarfug.com.
Most issues can be resolved quickly without requiring a formal dispute.

Unjustified or fraudulent chargebacks may result in order cancellation and future order restrictions.
