Shipping Policy

At Tarfug, we are committed to delivering your order safely, accurately, and within the estimated timeframes.
Because we operate on a made-to-order print-on-demand model, each item is produced individually after purchase and shipped directly from our partner facilities in Vietnam, China, or Mexico, depending on the product type and delivery destination.

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to external factors such as customs inspection, weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak-season volume.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout to avoid delays.


A. Processing Time, Order Cut-Off & Shipping Time

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (PST, GMT-08:00), excluding U.S. public holidays observed by carriers:

  • New Year’s Day

  • Presidents’ Day

  • Memorial Day

  • Independence Day

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving

  • Christmas

2. Daily Order Cut-Off

Daily processing cut-off is 5:00 PM PST.
Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

3. Processing Time (Production)

All products are made to order.
Production requires 5–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

4. Shipping Time (After Processing)

Estimated transit times:

  • USA: 7–10 business days

  • International: 10–17 business days

5. Total Estimated Delivery Time

(Processing + Shipping)

  • USA: 12–17 business days

  • International: 15–24 business days

Shipping times may extend during peak holidays or due to carrier-related issues.

6. Peak Seasons

During major holidays (Christmas, New Year, Black Friday, etc.), production or transit time may be longer.
We recommend placing orders at least 25 days in advance during peak months.


B. Shipping Rates

  • USA: Flat rate $6.95

  • International: Flat rate $9.95

There are no hidden fees.
All shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
Additional charges may apply for remote or rural regions.


C. Split Shipments

To ensure faster fulfillment, orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages.
A tracking number will be provided for each shipment.


D. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
Once production begins, or when the order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.


E. Delivery & Carriers

We ship using USPS, YunExpress, Yanwen, or other reliable carriers depending on the destination and package type.

Deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO/DPO addresses may require an additional 5–10 business days.

For international orders, applicable customs duties, taxes, or handling fees are the customer’s responsibility.


F. Address Accuracy & Changes

1. Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide a full and accurate address, including apartment or unit numbers.
Tarfug is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, reshipping fees may apply.

2. Address Changes

Changes to shipping information are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
After production or shipping begins, no changes can be made.


G. Order Tracking

Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships.

H. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

1. Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within 60 days of the order date, contact us for investigation.
Once confirmed as lost, we will issue a free replacement or full refund.

2. Delayed Packages

If a shipment shows no movement for 15 days, please contact us for assistance.

3. Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package:

  • Check with neighbors or building management

  • Check with your local carrier

  • Wait 48 hours (as carriers sometimes scan early)

If still not located, contact us for support.


I. Customs for International Orders

Customs duties, VAT, taxes, and clearance fees are the customer’s responsibility.

If a package is held in customs for over 30 days, we can assist with documentation but are not liable for customs-related delays or charges.


J. Delivery Inspection & Refused Packages

Please inspect all items upon delivery.
Report any damage or missing items within 48 hours.

Refused or undeliverable packages may incur return-shipping charges, which will be deducted from any applicable refund.
