At Tarfug, we are committed to ensuring your orders are delivered safely and within the estimated timeframes. We operate under a print-on-demand model, meaning each item is made-to-order and shipped directly from our production partners in Vietnam, China, or Mexico, depending on product type and destination.

To help us deliver your order on time, please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete, including apartment numbers, street names, and any applicable abbreviations.

Tarfug is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.


A. Processing Time, Shipping Time & Order Cut-Off

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed on business days, Monday to Friday (Pacific Standard Time, GMT-08:00), excluding public holidays observed by carriers such as:

    • New Year’s Day

    • Presidents’ Day

    • Memorial Day

    • Independence Day

    • Labor Day

    • Thanksgiving

    • Christmas

2. Order Cut-Off Time

  • Our daily order cut-off is 5:00 PM PST.

  • Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

3. Processing Time

  • All items are made-to-order. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing and production before shipment.

  • Processing time excludes weekends and public holidays.

4. Shipping Time

  • USA Orders: 7–10 business days (Monday–Friday)

  • International Orders: 10–17 business days (Monday–Friday)

5. Total Delivery Time

USA: 12–17 business days
International: 15–24 business days
These timelines include both processing and shipping.

⚠️ Delays may occur due to customs, extreme weather, or unexpected carrier issues. We will do our best to notify you of any significant disruptions.

6. Peak Season Delays

During holidays such as Christmas or New Year, delivery times may be extended.
Tip: To receive your order on time, please place it at least 25 days in advance of the desired delivery date.


B. Shipping Rates

  • USA: Flat rate of $6.95

  • International: Flat rate of $9.95
    Additional fees may apply for remote areas and will be shown at checkout.


C. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

  • After your order has been submitted to production, cancellations are no longer accepted.


D. Delivery & Carriers

  • Orders are shipped via USPS, YunExpress, or Yanwen, depending on destination and availability.

  • For Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, delivery may take an additional 5–10 business days.

  • For international deliveries, customs processing may cause further delays. Tarfug is not responsible for customs-related delays or additional import fees.


E. Address Accuracy & Changes

1. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address.

  • If the address is incorrect/incomplete:

    • The package may be returned to our warehouse.

    • Additional shipping charges will apply to reship the item.

We cannot issue refunds or replacements for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer errors.

2. Address Changes

  • Address changes are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Once your order is in production or shipped, no address changes can be made.


F. Order Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

  • Visit our Order Tracking page and enter your tracking number to check status.

If you do not receive tracking details within 5 business days after processing, contact us at [email protected].


G. Lost or Delayed Packages

1. Lost Packages

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within 60 days of the order date, please contact us.

  • Once confirmed as lost:

    • We will offer a full refund or free replacement at no cost.

2. Delayed Packages

  • If your package shows no movement for 15 days, please contact us for support.

  • If a package is marked as “Delivered” but not received:

    • Please check with your local postal service first before contacting us.


H. Customs for International Orders

  • Import duties, taxes, and fees are the customer’s responsibility.

  • If your package is held at customs for more than 30 days, we can assist with documentation—but we are not responsible for delays or charges related to customs.


I. Delivery Inspection & Refused Packages

  • Customers should inspect all packages upon delivery.

  • Report any damage or missing items to us within 48 hours of receipt.

  • Refused deliveries may result in return shipping fees, which will be deducted from any applicable refund.
