2. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or other reasons. Prices are in USD and exclude taxes and shipping unless stated. Taxes are calculated based on your shipping address.
Payments are secure and accepted via major credit/debit cards and PayPal.

3. Products and Customization

All products are custom-made to order (print-on-demand). Designs and colors may vary slightly due to production processes. We do not guarantee exact matches to screen images.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the site (designs, logos, text, images) is owned by Tarfug LLC or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or use our content without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

6. Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in California, unless otherwise required by law.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of changes.
